Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an investigation on 11/09/2022 and concluded on 11/10/2022 in response to a complaint received by the department on 10/18/2022 for allegations regarding lack of supervision and neglect. Interviews were conducted with the staff on 11/9/22 and an unannounced inspection of the home was conducted on 11/10/22 relating to the allegations. An interview with other involved parties was conducted on 11/10/22. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
