Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/19/21 and concluded on11/23/21. The assistant director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 21 children present with 5 staff. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
