Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/17/23 from 4:20 pm to 5:15pm. There were 17 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating afternoon snack and going outside. Staff was observed using walkie talkies for communication as children played on the playground and as they were getting picked up by their parents. Medications, 2 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The center's emergency drill records and attendance records were reviewed. No violations were cited during this inspection.
