Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/6/24 from 5:05 pm to 5:40pm. There were 8 children present, with 3 staff supervising. Children were observed playing outdoors and leaving for the day. Attendance, emergency drill logs, 2 staff records, 2 children's records and other center postings were reviewed to assess compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
