An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/15/25 from 8:10am to 8:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 27 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law. No violations were issued.
