Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety (SHSI) renewal inspection was conducted on September 28, 2022 between the hours of 4:25 pm and 5:25 pm. There were 15 children present with 2 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards of law. No violations were issued.
