Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/16/23 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 7:25am and ended at 8:00am. There were 5 children present with 2 staff supervising. Children were observed coloring, playing with various manipulatives, and eating breakfast. The inspector reviewed the physical plant, children and staff files, emergency preparedness procedures, attendance, first aid supplies and fire drill logs. There was no medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
