Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 26, 2023 between the hours of 10:00am and 11:25 am. There were 29 children present, with 5 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed making slime, handwashing, and playing an organized game in the gym. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, children and staff files, special care and emergencies and required posted documents. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, the center did not maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. At the time of inspection, two children were not signed in on the daily attendance.
2. Staff #2 acknowledged two children were not signed in on the daily attendance sheet
