Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 10:10am. At the beginning of the inspection there were 23 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. No new medications were on site today. Children were observed playing with Legos, making puzzles, and coloring. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

A spray bottle of green liquid was observed without a label to indicate its contents. Staff member identified the liquid as a spray cleaning agent.
