Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on December 14, 2021 and concluded on December 15, 2021. There were fifty-nine children present with thirteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
