Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on November 8, 2023 from approximately 11:50 am to 3:05 pm in response to a complaint received by the department on October 26, 2023 regarding allegations involving programs. Licensing Inspector reviewed facility recordkeeping, conducted classroom observations and interviewed staff. Based on information obtained during the inspection, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
