An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on November 21, 2023 and concluded on December 14, 2023 in response to a complaint received regarding programs. Licensing Inspector conducted classroom observations, interviewed staff, reviewed video recordings and reviewed facility documentation. Based on information obtained, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid. No violations were found.
