Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 1/24/2023. There were 28 children, ages 16 months -4 years, 4 staff present and 1 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during active time on the playground, center time and story time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:40am and departed the center at 1:11pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
