Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/5/2024 from 10:15 pm to 12:15 pm. There were 32 children in care, ages five months to four years, in five groups with seven staff. Four child records, four staff records, zero medication records and associated records, and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed in indoor free play and getting lunch. The Director and LI had a discussion regarding the safety of loose- fitting sheets in the infant cribs, and how tight fitting ones are safer for the children.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
