Inspector Notes

Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Monitor Inspection on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. There were 18 children ages 3 to 10 present under the direct care of 2 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection, the Center failed to ensure each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program is equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.

EVIDENCE:
A carbon monoxide detector was unavailable.
Plan of Correction: Carbon monoxide detector will be purchased and installed in each building used for childcare.
