Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 9:22am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 2 children present = 5 points with the provider. Children were arriving to the home during the inspection. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. The program is currently rated Virginia Quality Level 2. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. 1. Provider - The previous CPS search was completed on 5/23/16.
2. Adult #2 - The previous CPS search was completed on 5/12/16.
The Provider thought the CPS search was included in the FBI search, and thus the reason for not being done.
