Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 1:05pm. Observed 4 children = 10 points with the Provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. An adult household member was also present and assisting as needed. Children were just lying down for naptime when the inspector arrived to the home. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. No areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
