Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, August 11, 2022 between 10:15 AM and 12:15 PM. There were 105 children present, with 22 staff supervising. The children were observed playing in learning centers, water play, and table top activities. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log,incident/injury reports, required posted documents, menu, playground, medication, attendance and emergency procedures were reviewed during this inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
