During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 30, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 81 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.

Staff #1, employed for more than 4 months, did not have documentation of a follow up on an out-of-state Child Abuse and Neglect search 45 days after request to search.
Plan of Correction: We will follow up immediately to ensure we get the results. Follow-up with the out-of-state agency was completed during the inspection.

All over-the-counter skin products shall not be used beyond the expiration date of the product.

A tube of Butt Paste diaper cream expiration date was 07/2024.
Plan of Correction: Remind teachers to be more attentive to the expiration dates on the products. The diaper cream was discarded during the inspection. Violation was corrected.
