Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on July 17, 2024 and completed on August 9, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 3, 2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision, programs and special care provisions. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records on-site on July 17, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
