Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted this date to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, 52 children were in care with 11 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during painting, singing, handwashing, diapering, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
