Inspector Notes

Unannounced inspections were completed in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding notification of parents regarding minor injuries, the prevention of the spread of disease, and building maintenance. Interviews, documentation review, and observations of the center were initiated during the renewal inspection 07/28/2022. Interviews and documentation review were finalized 01/27/2023 during a monitoring inspection.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
