Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3/31/2026 with Richmond and Henrico Health District Staff in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/26/2026 relating to allegations with the Physical Plant and Special Services. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (food inspection and Report of Environmental Sanitation), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
