A self reported incident involving allegations pertaining to staff and programming was received on 01/03/2024. An investigation was initiated on 01/03/2024 and completed on 01/23/2024.This report was investigated jointly with two other local agencies. Staff and child interviews were conducted. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the self report was determined Not Valid.
