During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 12/09/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1p.m. and ended at 3:30p.m.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 97 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
4Child #2 is under the age of two years. Documentation of additional immunizations have not been obtained for over six months.
A cleaning agent was accessible to children and found unlocked in one classroom.
A minimum of 12 inches was not maintained between occupied cots. The cots were not open on at least one side to allow for passage in two classroom.
The storage system used to dispose of disposable diapers for one classroom requires staff to lift the lid with their hands for disposal.
