Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted today. There were 9 children (22 points) present with 3 caregivers. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, first aid kit, cribs, bottles, topical creams, menu's, evacuation records and emergency preparedness plans were reviewed. The children were observed handwashing, singing songs and working on art projects. Areas of non-compliance are cited on the violation notice.
