Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today, September 15, 2022. There were 10 children (26 points) present with 3 caregivers. The home, children's records, caregiver records, pet immunization records, cribs, bottles, evacuation drill logs (fire, shelter-in-place and lockdown), first aid kits, emergency preparedness procedures, diaper changing procedures and menu's were reviewed. Caregiver #1 had documentation of 6 hours of training, Caregiver #2 had documentation of 6 hours of training and Caregiver #3 has documentation of 3 hours of training.

Child #1, #2 and #3's records did not have documentation of names of persons other than the custodial parents who are authorized to pick up the child.
