Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today, September 15,2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 (26 points) children present with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed hand washing, during diaper change, reading books and playing outside. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were cited.
