Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 27, 2023, from 10:15am-11:20am. At the time of entrance, ( 12 ) children (including a live in grandchild) ( 30) points were in care with ( 3) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member records. The 3 level home and cribs were inspected this day. Due to the weather, the outside was not inspected. Children were observed waking from naptime, coloring, legos, bathroom breaks and hand washing. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Violations
5Evidence: There was no carbon monoxide detector in the home, the provider was not aware that she needed one.
Evidence: Child #1, first day of attendance 1/3/2023 and child # 3, first day of attendance 2/15/2023 does not have documentation of a physical examination.
Evidence: Caregiver # 3 does not have documentation of a current TB screening in the file.
Evidence: Child # 4, date of first attendance 8/14/2023 record does not have documentation of the policy for administration of medications.
Evidence: There were no triangular bandages in the first aid kit.
