An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/31/2023 in result of a report to VDOE of a Injury of a Child Requiring Outside Medical Treatment or Death report. The inspector was on site from 11:10am until n12:35pm. One child's record and three staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during this inspection determined no finding due to parent providing documentation at the injury did not occur.
