An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 07/20/2023. The inspector was on site from 2:05pm until 3:15pm
Interviews were conducted with staff and outside Agencies. One children's record and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined the complaint to be invalid. Non-complaint related violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
