Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/26/2025 and completed on 04/1/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/21/2025 relating to allegations of staff qualifications and training. The on-site inspection was conducted by the inspector and administrator and began at 9:15am and ended at 10:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records, one on-site and one electronically on 3/26/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
