Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/12/2026. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to Deny Renewal of the License on November 21, 2025, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 39 children present and staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
