Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 4/25/24 and concluded on 4/25/24. There were 10 children present with the provider and assistant. The point total was 26. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and also the provider/assistant/family records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:15am and concluded at 10:45am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The licensing inspector arrived at 9:15am on 4/25/24 and there were 10 children in care ages 11 months-5 years for a point total of 26.
The provider was alone with the children and out of the point allowance for one caregiver for approximately 30 minutes. The assistant caregiver arrived at 9:45am.
