The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points.
There were 8 children in care totaling 18 points with only one caregiver at the time the inspector arrived at 11:00am. The points went over the allowed 16 when the last child arrived at 10:45am. The assistant arrived at 11:15am, so there was a 30 minute window when the point system was not met.
