An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/5/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:35 am and ended at 1:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 109 children present and 20 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records
and 3 staff records on-site and medications.
