Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated conducted on 04/26/2022 between the hours of approximately 11:50 am and 1:50 pm. At the time of entrance, there were 13 children present, with 5 staff supervising.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Training hours for staff met and sometimes exceeded the required 16 hours of annual training.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, staff members did not submit the results of a follow-up tuberculosis (Tb) screening, at least every two years.
Evidence:
1) The most recent Tb screening for Staff #4 was dated 09/13/2018.
Plan of Correction: We will ensure that she has a follow-up screening.
