Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2pm-4:45pm. There were 12 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating, playing outside and napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
