Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2023 from10:45 to 12:05.
The provider had 9 children present with herself and two assistants A total of 26 points. The children were observed playing with toys with the caregivers, making music and eating lunch. Today's lunch was Chickpeas, black beans, bread and veggies. Reviewed medications for two children as well as 5 children's records and 3 staff records. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Violations
3Evidence: The providers MAT certificate expired on Aug 2023.
Evidence: Based on the review of two medication, the provider has authorization for one, on a FCPS form and the other medication she only has an allergy action plan for.
EVidence: Bottles have the names of the children but not the date.
