Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 9/2/2021 and concluded on 9/14/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of toileting and behavioral guidance. The director was contacted by video conference on the telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
