Plan of Correction: This correction is now complete. During a recent file audit, Laurel Learning Center identified that this staff member had not completed orientation on time. The orientation has since been completed, and the center acknowledges that it was completed later than required.

Palmolive dish soap was found in an unlocked closet in classroom #2, accessible to 11 children.

Plan of Correction: This correction is now complete. New locks were installed on February 20, 2026. Staff have been reminded to ensure that all items that should be out of reach of children are properly secured and locked.
