Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/06/2023. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The Inspector reviewed the 2 children's records and all household/caregiver records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all areas and furnishings of the family day home were maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence:
The glass window above the front door was shattered.
Plan of Correction: The licensee did not realize the glass had shattered, however will get it repaired.
