A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/01/2024. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interview with Caregiver. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the licensee id not ensure cribs, when being used had a tight fitting bottom cover.
Evidence:
A child was observed in a crib that did not have a bottom cover.
Plan of Correction: The licensee will ensure a tight fitting crib sheet is placed on the mattress of the crib prior to use,
