Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/16/2024 and concluded on 5/16/2024. There were five children present upon arrival, two left and four arrived off the school bus with one provider. The point total was ten upon arrival and eleven upon departure . The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 2:45 pm and concluded at 3:40 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
