Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 2:15 p.m. with the director. There were 85 children in care ages 4 months through 5 years old under the supervision of 17 staff. Infants were observed being held, being fed, having play time on the floor and resting. Older infants were observed during lunch. Children were observed during lunch time and transition time. Lunch is brought from home. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed.
Eight children's records, two board member and six staff records including annual training were reviewed. Seven medications, authorizations and administration logs were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
