Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 31, 2026 and completed on April 3, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 13, 2026 relating to allegations of staff qualifications, programs, diapering and supervision. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
