Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/8/2023. 12 children (37pts) were in attendance with the 3 caregivers. The physical space, 2 children's records, Provider/household member/caregiver documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the caregivers, finishing lunch. Developmentally appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
