Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00pm-3:30pm. There were 12 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed arriving to the facility. One new staff had been hired since the last inspection.
