Inspector Notes

An unannounced investigation was conducted 06/16/2022 in response to a self reported incident regarding the care of children. During the investigation staff were interviewed, the files of children and staff were reviewed, and the classrooms were observed. The preponderance of evidence supports the allegations. This self reported incident has been determined to be valid. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
