An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50pm-4:10pm. There were a total of 15 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed entering the facility and during a restroom break. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
